At MISS SIXTY, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, items can be returned within 30 days of delivery provided they are in their original condition with all tags attached.

Pack Your Items

Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals are intact to qualify for a full refund.

Label and Ship

Affix the pre-paid shipping label provided in your original package to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
